Quotations

A quotation is based on the itinerary, passenger numbers, dates and information submitted. Changes to the journey may change the price or vehicle requirement.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when the required confirmation and payment terms have been completed. Vehicle images may be representative of a category rather than a guaranteed make or model.

Passenger responsibilities

The group organiser is responsible for accurate journey information, passenger conduct, timely boarding and special requirements that should be disclosed before travel.

Changes and waiting

Additional stops, extended waiting, late itinerary changes or extra operating time may result in additional charges where they fall outside the confirmed booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund conditions should be shown in the booking confirmation or quotation terms. Supplier-specific restrictions form part of the confirmed booking where stated.
